MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH

Find your place to belong.

The Middle School years are a unique and exciting time of growth for students.  Friend relationships are very important, finding and having a place to belong is essential, and grappling with more complex questions about faith is very common. Our programs are designed to meet students where they are both socially and in their faith journey.

Sunday mornings before the worship service, we gather for an hour at 8:45am to study God’s word, pairing it with teaching from the Reformed confessionals in a way that intersects with student’s lives.  Our hope is that students leave this class with a deeper understanding of their faith and a conviction to continue to grow in their walk with Christ.

Twice a month, we have youth group on Sunday afternoons.  The purpose of youth group is to continue to learn about the concepts talked about Sunday mornings, while building connections and having fun together.  The youth group also participates in seasonal community activities and attends a winter retreat together.
